Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3–6 business days. During this time, we prepare your items, complete quality checks, and arrange international shipment.

You will receive a tracking number by email within a maximum of 6 days after your order is confirmed.

Your parcel is shipped internationally from China and then handed over to a local courier company in your country (such as Royal Mail, An Post, DHL, or another regional carrier).


Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates usually become active once the parcel arrives in your destination country.

If tracking does not update for several days, please allow some time and check again.
